I feel like I could have shown up drunk for this session, unable to play and just plugged in and fallen face/first into my
amp in a blurred haze of looping skronk feedback. Then, after some verbal abuse they could have edited me out of the mix and it would still be a great record. How can you go wrong with Ribot and Calvin? Answer: you can't. Fortunately, this was one session where I didn't show up drunk and I'm glad because these two motherfuckers really know how to bring the best out of you.
