The Moodchild/Astronome trio augmented into a weird mix of metal, classical, jazz and medieval music.
Although, it seems to me that this is less of cut/and/paste style then a revelatory achievement by Zorn to create something that has never existed before. I am personally honored to be a part of it, excited for it's release and fearful that I may have to play it live someday. Yes, fearful is the word. I mean, how would you like to be threatened by the prospect of having your genitals cut off just because you looked at your 12/year old emperor the wrong way?
